These terms govern your use of the website https://geographyoasis.com (the "Site"), operated by Kevin Allatt (sole trader, trading as Geography Oasis) ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Using the Site

The Site is open to general visitors who want to browse and learn about our Geography teaching resources.

2. Our content and intellectual property

All resources, text, images, designs, and the "Geography Oasis" name and branding are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publish our materials without permission, except as allowed by a licence you buy through a marketplace.

3. Buying our resources (TpT / TES)

Resources are sold through marketplaces such as Teachers Pay Teachers and TES, under those marketplaces' terms and our individual product licences (typically single-teacher/single-classroom use). Purchases, refunds, and downloads are handled by the marketplace.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to: attempt to break, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to it; use automated tools to scrape or attack it; or upload anything unlawful.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Site running but provide it "as is" and don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, suspend, or withdraw features.

6. Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses arising from your misuse of the Site. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

7. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date shows the current version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to its courts.
