This policy explains what personal information Kevin Allatt (sole trader, trading as Geography Oasis) ("Geography Oasis", "we", "us") collects through our website https://geographyoasis.com, why we collect it, and your rights over it. 1. Who we are
Geography Oasis is run by Kevin Allatt (sole trader, trading as Geography Oasis), based in Malaysia. We create and sell Geography teaching resources.
2. The information we collect
- Usage analytics — when you visit the site we collect basic, privacy- friendly analytics: which pages are viewed, approximate region, and device/ browser type. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
- Information you send us — if you email us or use a contact form, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write.
We do not ask website visitors for accounts, dates of birth, or payment details.

4. Buying our resources
We sell resources through marketplaces such as Teachers Pay Teachers (TpT) and TES. When you buy there, your purchase, payment, and account are handled by that marketplace under its own privacy policy — we don't receive or store your payment details.
5. Who we share it with
We use Vercel to host the website and provide privacy-friendly analytics. They process this data on our instructions only. We never sell your personal information.
6. International transfers
Our hosting/analytics provider may store data in the United States or other countries. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework participation).
7. How long we keep it
- Analytics: aggregated and retained for a limited period by the analytics provider.
- Emails: kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain uses. Email thegeographyoasis@gmail.com; we respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection regulator (in Malaysia, the PDP Department; in the UK, the ICO).

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and uses modern security protections.
